Please relax and remember that you are not trying to impress anyone or get the highest score. You are simply expressing the naturally talented and gifted person you are. You may be the perfect person for a specific career but may miss out on it if you try to manipulate your answers to fit some preconceive idea of what is needed. It is best to be yourself to find what is best for you.
All survey questions are answered by choosing between two words. The words are displayed below the question, one on the left-hand side and one on the right-hand side. Your selection is indicated by clicking on numeric values (1,2 or 3) below those words or by clicking directly on the vertical bars above the numbers.
The number 3, or the tallest vertical bar indicates the strongest preference for that word, and the number 1, or shortest vertical bar indicates the weakest preference.
After making your choice, you must click the SUBMIT button to register your choice. Clicking the SUBMIT button will also move you to the next question. To return to the previous question simply click your browser's Back button.
You may answer by giving a value to both the word on the left-hand side AND a value for the word on the right-hand side.
You may also skip questions if you cannot decide between the answers, or if you don't fully understand the question. A valid personality read-out is still possible after having skipped a few questions.
Your personality read-out may change over time, as your own lifestyle preferences change, so you may wish to retest yourself from time to time.
Keep in mind that this program is not intended as a guide for therapeutic purposes. If you have serious requirements, see a qualified professional who has testing instruments and the proper environment for evaluating results.
